Mid Century Modern Bungalow - Kanata

This 1969 mid-century bungalow hadn't been refreshed since the 1970s. As part of the larger renovation scope, the goal was to transform the space while honouring its original character - covering decades of dark yellows and browns with a clean, pure white finish. The project required extensive surface preparation and multiple coats to achieve the flawless result the homeowners envisioned. We also refinished and stained the existing wood elements to complement the newly renovated walnut kitchen and bathroom cabinets. In addition to the interior work, the exterior white wood siding, doors, and windows were painted black to modernize the house and contrast with the existing red brick.

Townhouse Pre-Listing Refresh - Bell's Corners

This townhouse was set to hit the market for sale, and after other minor cosmetic renovations were completed we were brought in to freshen up the paint from a light grey to a more neutral off-white that ties the elements of the home together better.

Before moving into their newly purchased condo, the client requested a quick refresh to remove the blue and update with a clean white to brighten up the space. Walls, ceilings, trims, and doors were cleaned, patched, sanded, and painted leaving the owner a brand new space.
